Primary observations
The central WSI scanner reads public HTTP/HTTPS responses, DNS and TLS information, plus accessible policy pages. It does not log in, run website code, submit forms or place orders.
External signals
The source engine may consult threat-data providers. A provider being unavailable is not a clean result. A lack of a match is not proof that a site is safe.
Source URLs
Each report lists the URLs preserved by its scan. The list is not proof that every statement made on those pages is true. It is a record of the material the scanner accessed.
